Parents of preschool children aged three to four may apply directly to New Hope. Include available reports from doctors and therapists so that the multidisciplinary team can review the child’s needs.
Children aged five to six
Parents of preschool children aged five to six should apply through the GDE district office for the area in which they live. Medical and therapy reports should accompany the application.
